Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycle for credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Chamilia offer a 1 year guarantee on their jewelry. Mychamilia.com will exchange a defective item for the same item within 1 year of the mychamilia.com purchase date.
To exchange or return a charm, email sales@mychamilia.com for a Return Authorization.
Any merchandise sent back without a return authorization will be refused.
